Eligibility

• The candidate must be a law graduate with 1 to 2 yars of PQE.
• The candidate must have sound experience of labour laws, company litigation, vetting, para-legal services, etc.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Dealing with the Legal and Statutory Compliance in India.
• Labour Law Compliance, Law of Contract, Cyber, Litigation, payment of bonus
  payment.
• Gratuity, payment of provident fund, ESIC, environment etc.
• Para Legal Services
• Drafting, Vetting and Reviewing of Agreement.
