About the Job

Required Skill Set

  • Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, in particular Intellectual Property and Technology contracts, SaaS, License agreements, research agreements, IPR provisions in service engagements, etc.
  • Strong understanding of different forms of IPR – Patent, Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secrets.
  • Ability to understand different types of emerging technologies, advise on legal implications, draft and negotiate contracts therefor.
  • Experience in patent search, drafting and prosecution (India, US, EP).
  • Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
