About the Firm

Cicero Firm is a litigation firm providing quality legal services in diverse fields of laws including Civil & Commercial Laws, Corporate & Securities, IBC Law, DRT, Arbitration, Criminal Law and is looking to hire a full-time Junior Associate.

Job Description & Experience

We are seeking young passionate, quick learner candidates who are dedicated, positive and looking to make a mark of their own.

Fresh graduates and lawyers with experience of upto four years from prominent Law Schools/Universities wanting to expand their knowledge and understanding the practical application of law can apply.

Knowledge of both Civil, Commercial, Corporate and other Allied laws shall be expected.

Scope of Work

The Associate will have great exposure to the Delhi High Court, District Courts in Delhi, NCR and also PAN India for various kinds of matters.

The Candidate will be expected to be able to undertake drafting, conducting research, briefing, appearing before courts and arguing matters across different courts/forums majorly across Delhi-NCR.

The candidate would be required to work in any or all the fields of law specified above at the same time, depending on the urgency of the matter.

Qualifications Required

• Graduate with an LL.B. degree and enrolled in the Bar as an Advocate.
• Should be well versed with Civil, Banking and Company laws.
• Should have legal drafting capabilities.
• Good command over English & Hindi (both verbal & written) is required.
• Ability to carry out legal research.
• Experience with court appearances
• Should be willing to work hard.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary

As per qualifications, industry standards and subject to interview.
