Mr. B. Nedunchezhiyan, Managing Partner of N.V Laws has over twenty five years of experience being appointed as  Government Advocate of High Court to the Sales Tax Department, Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC), Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu State Election Commission and Railway Standing Counsel.

Location: Chennai

Number of Vacancies

2(two): Junior Advocates

Eligibility

  • The candidate must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry with 0 to 5 years of experience in handling civil, criminal and commercial litigation matters.
  • The Candidate must have a strong base in academics and sound legal knowledge with an enthusiasm for law.
  • The Candidate must be proficient in English with good research and drafting skills.
  • The Candidate must be able to represent cases individually in the High Court of Madras, DRT, NCLT and the lower Courts. 

Candidate from Tamil Nadu will be preferred.

Salary

As per market standards and based on performance.
