Job Description

• Work closely with the Managing Partner – Commercial, Trademark and Privacy.
• Attend initial meeting with a new client with the Managing Partner.
• Draft the initial commercial agreements.
• Draft Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.
• Support the Managing Partner on technology transactions.
• Draft memos on developments in privacy law in the United States and other countries, including Europe, India and other countries.

Bengaluru, Karnataka

Eligibility

• JD/LLB degree from a top 10 law school.
• Licensed with the Bar Council of India / any state in the United States of America and in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a commercial and/or technology transactions lawyer at a law firm or an enterprise company with experience in technology.
• Excellent command over the English language is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE WITH EU-US PRIVACY SHIELD,  GDPR, AND TRADEMARKS IS A PLUS.
