Roles and Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate, commercial, technology, and regulatory laws
• Assisting startups with incorporation, fundraising, contracts, IP, and compliance
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal pleadings
• Supporting clients through investigations, dispute resolution, and litigation
• Researching and contributing to thought leadership through articles/white papers

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold an LL.B from a recognised Indian university
• Have 2-4 years PQE in General Corporate or Start-up Advisory
• Possess strong communication, analytical, and team skills
• Have a keen interest in startup law and corporate advisory
