We are looking for associates who have a range of corporate experience including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate governance, arbitration and can help us provide exceptional legal and strategic expertise to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and having experience of appearance before Courts / Tribunals in Delhi in Civil / Commercial matters.
• Drafting of documents in relation to commercial transactions.
• Filing of documents before Courts / Tribunals in Delhi, strategizing, proof-reading of documents, preparation of case files, coordination, follow-ups, etc.
• Meticulous and having an eye for details.
• In-depth research and use of various legal research platforms.

Additional experience in:

• Writing articles on various law-related topics.
• Preparation of reports for due diligence.
• Knowledge / experience in family law, property law, insurance and direct taxation laws.
• Knowledge of finance / economics / understanding of mathematics  will be considered favourably.

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. degree and valid documentation to practice law in Delhi.
• Working knowledge of court procedures and legal drafting.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Motivation and openness to working across diverse areas of practice.
• Strong academic background and a diligent work ethic.
• Willingness to work long hours, when required.
• Willingness to work from home, as needed.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with experience and comparable to industry standards of a small boutique firm.

Other compensation such as incentives, etc. commensurate with commitment will be discussed.

Work Arrangement

Remote (Work-from-Home) at the start with a possibility of moving to a Hybrid / Full-Time set up with location at Kailash Colony, New Delhi
