About the Opportunity

Our Dispute Resolution team in Mumbai is seeking to onboard an Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and strong expertise in Litigation and Arbitration.

This role offers an opportunity to work on high-stakes matters, collaborate closely with senior counsel, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications & written submissions independently
• Appear before courts/tribunals, as required
• Brief senior counsel and manage matters effectively
• Handle multiple matters within tight timelines

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for professionals who demonstrate ownership and initiative across responsibilities, including drafting, court/tribunal appearances, and managing multiple matters within tight timelines. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
