About Subway

Initially operating as a franchise-owned business, Subway expanded its presence across the country, focusing on providing fresh and customizable food options.

About the Internship

The interns will be expected to work on initial drafts of all legal documentation for new sites, which requires review and finalisation of leases and leave and license agreements.

Coordination of diligence exercise, review of diligence findings, case law and legal research on legal issues and preliminary drafting.

In addition to this, the intern will be expected to progressively advance to preparing issues lists, working on preparing comments on legal drafts and responses and to revert received from counter parties.

Location

Mumbai and Gurugram Offices | Remote working option not available.

Eligibility

Applicants must either be in the final year of their undergraduate programs or should already have an LLB degree.

Duration

Joining: Immediate Basis.
Duration: 2 months.

Remuneration

As per industry standards.
