About the Role

• Establish all documentation required for secretarial services.
• Timely preparation of the agenda and minutes for all Board and Shareholder meetings.
• Build procedures and processes for all aspects of the secretarial work.
• Support finance, accounts and legal functions within the organisation.
• Handle external consultants like law firms, accounting firms and others to ensure compliance.
• Handle all ROC and other regulatory and compliance related filings.
• Preparation, maintenance, and update of legal registers and records as per the Companies Act, 2013.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of the company including FEMA, RBI etc regulations on a timely basis.
• The preparation, maintenance, and update of all communications and documentation relating to shares with the company shareholders including all registrations, transfers, and transmissions.
• Drafting of Commercial Contracts, NDA’s, MOU, Tenders and various other Agreements.

Eligibility

• LLB Graduate/Pursuing.
• Experience:- 6 Months to 1 year.
