About the Opportunity

Sakshar Law Associates is pleased to invite applications for their General Litigation & Legal Research Internship Program.

This internship is designed for law students who wish to gain practical exposure to litigation practice, court procedures, and in-depth legal research, while working on real matters under professional guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Legal research on litigation matters.
• Drafting of pleadings, affidavits, Case note, Legal opinion, applications & appeals
• Case law analysis and case notes
• Assistance in ongoing litigation matters.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students pursuing LLB (3/5 years).
• Candidates with an interest in General Litigation, Legal Research, and Drafting.
