Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Intern located in Mumbai. The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting with legal document preparation, supporting legal consulting projects, and addressing legal issues.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, reviewing contracts, drafting documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Interns will also collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements (NDAs, service agreements, consultancy agreements, addendums, etc.)
• Conduct legal research on Indian and international laws (corporate, fintech, data privacy, etc.).
• Prepare first drafts, summaries, and redlines.
• Maintain contract trackers and document repositories.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants where required.

Qualifications

• Law students (3rd–5th year) having knowledge of Law and the ability to understand and apply legal principles.
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues.
• Strong skills in Legal Consulting to support internal needs.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to analyze legal matters critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Educational background in legal studies or pursuing a law degree.
• Proficiency in legal research and understanding of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
