About the Firm:
One of the partners at CNM Law Office is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and regularly appears for the Union of India and various State Governments. The firm primarily handles Civil Writ Petitions before the High Court and SLPs and Appeals before the Supreme Court of India. CNM Law Office is inviting applications for the following positions in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, based in Delhi.
 

1. Associate (Litigation and Arbitration)
Number of Positions: 1 (One)
PQE: 1–4 years
Office Location: South Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting of Plaints, Written Statements, Applications, Writ Petitions, Replies/Counter
Affidavits, Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, Counter-claims, Rejoinders, etc.
• Drafting and vetting of settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices, and replies to
demand/legal notices.
• Providing legal opinions and conducting client conferences.
• Appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts, Arbitral
Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial authorities.
• Conducting in-depth legal research.
Essential Qualification and Experience:
• 1–4 years of experience in litigation across Supreme Court, High Courts, and trial courts.
• Prior exposure to civil law, commercial disputes, and service law.
• Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in handling Government matters will be preferred.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and skills, as per industry standards.

2. Internship Opportunities
Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

Eligibility:
• 4 th or 5th year students of Five Year Course OR 2 nd or 3 rd year students of Three Year Course.
• Good research skills.
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (extendable based on performance).
