The CPL Fellowship is a 10 month, part-time fellowship program with a cohort of the best and brightest minds who wish to explore or build on their skills in the field of public policy. The fellows will attend a series of lectures and group-discussions held on weekends virtually.
Applicants must be between 19 and 35 years old as of October 2, 2023. General cohort of CPL is a combination of students, working professionals, Civil Services aspirants and Entrepreneurs.
Applications of candidates willing to apply above the age of 35 are reviewed on the case-to-case basis.
The program is split into 3 trimesters, with a focus on the Capstone Projecttowards the final trimester. The program covers over 20 thought leader sessions, skillshops such as Data Visualisation for Evidence based policies, policy memo writing, Op-ed Writing, Adaptive Leadership Framework through films, Linkedin for influence & many more.
As part of fellowship, we organise CPL Policy Conclave annually where we invite speakers for a 2 day conclave during the summer. Some of the past speakers for the conclave have been Manoj Jha, MP (Rajya Sabha), Ravish Kumar, Former NDTV Journalist, Swati Maliwal, Chairperson, Delhi Women’s Commission, Yamini Aiyar, President, CPR among many more.
