About Event

For a law student and a fresher law graduate and all those who are preparing for competition in the field of law, the writing of Judgement is Sum Total of all the procedural law. As a student of law we are supposed to know the procedure of a criminal trial intervening proceedings, applications and short tricks to reach at the just conclusions. Similarly another vast subject that requires special skills is the Civil Law. In order to provide insight into the practical Law, SHARE AND SOLVE –LEGAL has taken up the initiative to invite applications for All India Judgement Writing Competition. The Competition is aimed at sensitising the students about the application of law.

Eligibility

  1. All the law students pursuing under graduation and post-graduation courses
  2. All the fresh law graduates who are working hard to find a place in Judiciary
  3. All the Law Graduates who are trying their best in the field of law-whether as Government pleader or in Private practice.

Important Dates

Commencement of Registration- 20/10/2020

Last date of registration- 25/10/2020

Commencement of Competition- 25/10/2020

Last date of submission-05/11/2020

Declaration of result-20/11/2020

Prizes

1st winner will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 5000/- and E Certificate of Excellence

1st Runner up will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 3000/- and E Certificate of Excellence

2nd Runner up will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2000/- and E Certificate of Excellence

All Other Participants shall be issued E Certificate of participation.

Submission Guidelines

The Judgement shall consist of not less than 2500 words and not more than 4000 words

The Judgement should not contain more than four case laws

It should be based on sound reasoning
