Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME) was established on 1st August 2012, under the aegis of Sunshine Educational & Development Society which has been working dedicatedly in the field of education for over 16 years.

About ALOHA Cultural Fest

Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida (affiliated to GGSIP University, New Delhi) is back with its fourth edition of ALOHA: The Annual Cultural Fest of DME.

This year DME will commemorate the fourth edition of Aloha ’23. The fest is open to all Colleges. Among various other competitions, the cultural society is organizing a Debate Competition.

About the Debate Competition

• Topic of Debate: Surrogacy in India
• A team of two candidates shall be eligible to participate (one for the motion and one against the motion).
• Each speaker will get four minutes in total for debate. Exceeding the time limit shall be a disadvantage for the team and the candidate.
• The teams are free to use either medium Hindi or English exclusively.
• The Institute shall not provide boarding and lodging to the participants.
• The judgment of the jury shall be final and binding. g) The Debate Organizing Committee may alter/change the rules and regulations, at any time, and the same shall be binding on the participants.

• Each participant of a team must fill out the form individually
