About the Workshop

The One Day National Workshop on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is being conducted by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow in collaboration with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India(IBBI) and Insolvency Professional Agency of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) was set up on 1st October 2016 under The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The themes of the workshop are:

1. CIRP and Liquidation Process under the Code

2. IBC and Evolving Jurisprudence
3. Relevance of IBC to Individuals and Partnerships
4. Opportunities for professionals under the code and various processes under IBC

The Session shall be conducted by IBBI Officials and Insolvency Professionals.
