Semester 1

i. Indian Legal System: A Primer
ii. Nature, Origin and Evolution of Intellectual Property
iii. Law of Patents
iv. Law of Trademarks and Geographical Indications

Semester 2

v. Law of Copyright and Industrial Designs
vi. IPR and Biotechnology, Plant Varieties,
Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions
vii. IPR: Valuation, Management, Litigation and Dispute Resolution
viii. Dissertation

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline from any recognized University

Programme Duration: One year

Classes will be held on weekends except for public holidays.

Programme Fee: ₹15000/-for the entire programme
