Our Speaker

Advocate Shivendu Gaur  is a founding partner at Paraa Legal, specializing in Intellectual Property Laws, International Laws, Civil Laws, Criminal laws and white-collar crimes. He is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, has over 10 (ten) years of experience in the legal field. He is also a Guest faculty at Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

Shivendu has an extensive experience in litigation and arbitration and he is empanelled as a panel advocate for Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of panel advocate for DFCCIL in the Delhi High Court. He has also been recently empanelled with the Employee State Insurance Corporation. His clients include a variety of organizations from the private sector, government and non-government institutions.
