About the Event

Pravin Gandhi College of Law is organising a Forensic Science Certificate Course. The course will facilitate the bridging of science and law, empowering the law student to ask their right questions of the science.

Build familiarity with forensics in the Indian legal framework, and a basic understanding of its usefulness as a tool at investigation and trial stages.

Students will get hands-on experience in preparation of a forensic expert witness to depose in a moot court setting, in mock crime scene situations relevant to society today

Duration

Six-day program. March 16-21, 2020.

Monday – Friday (16-20.Mar.2020): 10 am to 5 pm,

Saturday (21.Mar.2020): 10 am -12 noon

The students will Understand the drafting of a Spot Panchnama & precautions during the collection of evidence Hands-on experience in questioning an Expert Witness
