The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is a subordinate office under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of Government of India, handling and dealing with various subjects, matters and affairs in the arena and spectrum of corporate affairs regulation, governance and policy.
About the Winter School Program
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is organising a 360° Winter School Program on Conflict Resolution. The 360-degree conflict resolution program is the first of its kind, skill-based learning experience being rolled out by a government organization in India.
The four days residential winter school program is aimed at equipping students and fresh law graduates with the skills and knowledge to have practical exposure to the entire waterfall mechanism of dispute resolution- negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation and upcoming hybrid mechanisms.
The winter school curriculum is structured in a manner to provide global perspectives, holistic learning and ethical interaction. The course will be conducted in the form of interactive classroom sessions focused on practical issues faced by practitioners and mock practice sessions by international and domestic experts supported by relevant, real-life case studies.

Venue: The venue for the Program is the Campus of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in Manesar, Gurugram.

Eligibility
- Students of 5 years integrated law course
- Students of 3 year LLB course
- Students pursuing masters, MPhil, Juris Doctorate (JD) and Doctorate.
- Young Professionals having less than 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant (Students and professionals)
- Students pursuing Engineering, MBA, Fashion designing and Hotel Management
- Under Graduate or Postgraduate students pursuing BA, B.SC, B.Comm etc.

Maximum candidates per institution (excluding alumni) – 3 participants. (This limit is placed to ensure diversity of students and ensure fair opportunity).
Registration & Fees
Registration is based on the Statement of Purpose and the Curriculum Vitae of the individuals. A separate student selection panel has been set up by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs who shall solely conduct the selection based on merits.
Course fee: Rs. 45,000 (includes 18% GST)
Application Processing Fee: Rs.1000 (to be adjusted in training fee if selected for the training)
Early Bird Registration: Early Bird Discount of 7% shall apply to those students who register on or before 2019. The registration process shall be the same as mentioned above.
Cancellation policy: There is no cash refund in case you cancel the registration from your end. Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs reserves the right to amend content, expert, policy, venue & date(s) of the winter school. Delegates will be refunded the registration fee in full in case the conference gets cancelled from our end.

How to Register?
Step 1: Prepare your Statement of Purpose (SOP). This Statement of purpose shall not be less than 500 words and not more than 750 words. Any breach of this word limit shall mean automatic disqualification.
Step2: Prepare your Curriculum Vitae, briefly illustrate in 2 pages, your work/internship experiences and your participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Make the payment of application fee of INR 1000 by way of:
