About the Webinar

LexPOSH is organizing a sensitization program on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act on 30th August 2023. This is limited to 100 participants for increased interaction & better learning environment.

  • The program is designed to raise awareness about the POSH Act and the importance of preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
  • It covers key topics such as what a workplace is, who is an aggrieved woman, how to report a complaint, the difference between sexual harassment and sex discrimination, and the punishment under POSH laws.
  • The program also addresses the issue of false complaints and what happens when an employee wants to file a criminal complaint.
  • By providing this training, LexPOSH aims to help organizations comply with the POSH Act and create a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment.
