About The Conference

The National Conference on “The Basics & intricacies of Cross Examination” will incorporate a vast discussion on the topic mentioned herein. This will encompass a comprehensive discussion on how cross- examination is supposed to be done and what things one should keep in mind while conducting cross-examination especially in cases that involve women/children, i.e. in cases of rape, murder, domestic violence, physical/mental cruelty etc.

The art of cross-examination plays a vital role in deciding the cases, and an advocate must know when to stop. The Guest Speaker will elucidate on the basic concept on cross-examination, the intricacies, techniques, tips, share his experience, and throw light upon the loopholes and problems faced by advocates while conducting cross-examination.

The participants will gain an insight of cross-examination as a whole. The law students, teachers, professionals and all the participants will have an opportunity to put forwards their views, experiences and queries relating to the topic.
