Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad has recently set up a Centre for World Affairs and named it in honour of the Late Field Marshal SHFJ Manekshaw. The purpose of the centre is to provide students with a perspective into the world in addition to the classroom.
In pursuance of this objective, MNLU-Aurangabad’s newly created Field Marshal Manekshaw Centre for World Affairs is organizing its 1st Guest Lecture on October 9, 2021, from 3:30 PM onwards. The topic for the guest lecture is Challenges in Countering Terrorist Financing and the lecture is delivered by Miss Sylvia Laksmi who is a Researcher at the Australian National University.
Miss Sylvia Laksmi is a Researcher at the Australian National University. She is a specialist in Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and has recently successfully defended her PhD submission.
The Lecture will be followed by a Q & A session, where participants may ask questions from Ms Laksmi.
The Lecture is open for all people irrespective of their qualifications and is free for all.
