Constitutional Law has and will for a long time be a highly relevant document, the Magna Carta; governing and guiding nations through the institutions, it creates. While Constitutions and Constitutional Law have been around for a long time, its relevance has never been more than now.
With the rapid growth of technology, inclusivity has not remained just a dream; it is fast becoming a reality. This reality though is waking us up to different problems of constitutional importance. Visakha Law Journal, the flagship journal of Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University endeavors to go in search of these latest issues in Constitutional Law and Policy and in its first issue calls for academic papers on the issues of central constitutional importance.
