About the Conference

Alliance School of Law is organizing one-day “National Conference on Law and Social Transformation: 2020” on 28th March 2020.

The thought of organizing a National Conference on Law and Social Transformation [NCLS-2020] took roots with the desire to pay homage to legal legendary Mr. Nani Palkhivala, who was a champion of civil liberties, a far-sighted economic thinker and a par-excellence lawyer. The aim is to celebrate his birth centenary, commemorating his scholarly contribution towards “the basic structure” doctrine.

Call for Papers

Participants are requested to send the abstracts and full papers to ncls[@]alliance.edu.in.

The peer-reviewed papers will be published as an edited book with ISBN number and the copy will be made available to the conference participants.
