An Act to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal.
Whereas it is expedient to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal;
It is hereby enacted as follows :-
- Short title.- This Act may be called the Lepers (West Bengal Repealing) Act, 1985.
- Repeal of Act 3 of 1898.- The Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal, is hereby repealed.
