G.S.R. 49. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Food Civil Supplies Service (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
- Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Food and Civil Supplies Service (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force with immediate effect.
- Amendment of Rule 10.- In the existing Rule 10 of the Rajasthan Food and Civil Supplies Services Rules, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for the existing expression "18 years". the expression "21 years" shall be substituted.
- Amendment of Schedule.- The existing Schedule appended to the said rules shall be substituted by the following, namely: -
