No. S.O. 151/C.A. 16/1908/S.78 and 79/2003. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78 and 79 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act 16 of 1908), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Revenue Department notification No. S.O. 27/C.A. 16/1908/Ss. 78 and 79/79, dated the 17th April, 1979, namely :-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Revenue Department, notification No. S.O. 27/C.A. 16/1908/S.78 and 79/79, dated the 17th April, 1979, in Article relating to registration of documents, in clause (3), in the last proviso, in the Schedule, at the end, after category "L Telecommunication equipment including:" and entries thereunder, the following category and entries thereunder shall be added, namely :-

"L-1 I T Enabled Services :

(i) Delivered outside India;

(ii) Delivered over communication network; and

(iii) Either externally contracted (out-sourced) or provided by a remote subsidiary of the same company (out-located);

excluding the services of -

(i) Remote production/manufacturing units;

(ii) The corporate offices of companies or their local branches;

(iii) Virtual business on internet; and

including the services of -

(i) Back-office operations;

(ii) Call Centres;

(iii) Content Development or Animation;
