विधि-व्यवसाय करने वाले प्लीडर का कुछ न्यायालयों में मजिस्ट्रेट के तौर पर न बैठना-कोई प्लीडर, जो किसी मजिस्ट्रेट के न्यायालय में विधि-व्यवसाय करता है, उस न्यायालय में या उस न्यायालय की स्थानीय अधिकारिता के अन्दर किसी न्यायालय में मजिस्ट्रेट के तौर पर न बैठेगा।
