An Act to repeal the Indian Universities Act, 1904.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
- Short title.-This Act may be called the Indian Universities (Repeal) Act, 2001.
- Repeal of Act 8 of 1904.-The Indian Universities Act, 1904 is hereby repealed.
