An Act to repeal the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
This Act may be called the Essential Services(Maintenance) Ordinance Repeal Act, 2001.
