Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) is set to broaden boundaries beyond the horizon in Dispute Management and Dispute Avoidance. The Centre has adopted the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended upto Dec. 2019 and UNCITRAL Rules for Arbitration and has its own set of in house IDRC Domestic Arbitration Rules, 2019 which governs the conduct of the entire Arbitration proceedings from its commencement to its termination. 

IDRC offers online as wells as Offline/Hybrid and Online hearing facilities and ancillary administrative services to Arbitral Tribunals operating Ad hoc or under the auspices of other institutions.

IDRC is an initiative of ‘International Dispute Resolution Council’, subsidiary of a Not-for-Profit Organization ‘International Dispute  Resolution Council’, a Not-for Profit Company registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and is also registered with NITI Aayog.

IDRC is duly empaneled with Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India for providing Alternative Dispute Resolution services through Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation to Central and State Government Ministries, Departments, Organisations, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and others.
