The Delhi High Court under its order dated 08.05.2020 has informed Advocates and Litigents in person that a new link has been created to enable non-urgent filing of matters in both fresh and pending matters.

The provided link is: http://dhcefiling.nic.in:8080/DHC_NONURG/

It is to be noted that the filings made by taking recourse to the aforesaid link will be taken up for scrutiny only after the lockdown is lifted, unless otherwise directed. Once these filings are taken up for scrutiny, the concerned Advocates or litigant(s) in person will be informed as to whether or not the filings contained any objection(s).

Besides this, the Advocates and litigant(s) in person can take recourse to the Designated Counter(s) of e-filing set up for this purpose in the Delhi High Court and the following District Court Complexes, i.e., Tis Hazari, Patiala House, Karkardooma, Rohini, Dwarka, Saket and Rouse Avenue.
