About the Opportunity

One of our valued clients in the real estate sector has requested us to invite applications for the position of Head of Legal.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years in the legal profession, with significant exposure to real estate litigation, transactions, structuring, and statutory compliance including RERA and DTCP policies.
• Understanding of real estate laws, regulatory compliance, litigation, title due diligence, land acquisition, and commercial leasing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage legal teams, engage with stakeholders, and provide strategic legal advice.
