Link Legal Partner Siddharth Srivastava joins Khaitan & Co in its Banking and Projects practice

With new year, new movements in the Law Firms begin as well.

In one recent, Link Legal India Law Services Partner Siddharth Srivastava has announced his joining to Khaitan & Co in its Banking and Projects practice in Delhi.

The official working term will begin from early February.

Srivastava had been with Link Legal since 2015. He had joined as a Partner from Luthra & Luthra, as it then was, where he was a Managing Associate.

In a major break, in 2018 he was made Equity Partner at Link Legal. He is a 2006 NLIU Bhopal Graduate with a 2009 LLM from Columbia Law School.

Khaitan's Executive Director Amar Sinhji confirmed on the news of his joining and commented:

“The expansion of our banking & finance practice (that includes IBC) in Delhi, has been a priority for a while. Siddharth brings with him a wealth of experience and will also be a great fit in terms of the overall culture.”

Srivastava Profile in Link Legal:

He specializes in banks, financial institutions, and borrowers on domestic and foreign currency financing transactions including debt syndication, debt restructuring, securitization matters, non-convertible debenture issues, derivatives, and trade finance transactions, and advises lenders and resolution professionals on insolvency matters including RBI references in the first and second list of corporate defaulters for initiation of insolvency proceedings. His team also advises on banking regulatory aspects.
