On Wednesday, in the Supreme Court Bar Association Elections results, Senior Advocate Adish Aggarwala has been declared as the new president of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).
Sr. Adv. Adish Aggarwala defeated his rival Senior Counsel Dushyant Dave by securing 668 votes while the latter had 477 votes.
Senior Advocates Ajit Kumar Sinha, Dushyant Dave, Dr. Adish Aggarwala, and Rakesh Kumar Khanna, and advocates Neeraj Srivastava, Dr Parvin Mutreja and Yagya Deo Sharma were contenders for the post of President SCBA.
Senior Advocate Sukumar Pattjoshi has been elected vice-president of the SCBA. The counting for other posts of the SCBA Executive Committee is in progress.
