The Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) of Rohtak Harish Goyal had earlier issued a bailable warrant against Ramdev & summons for intentional insult with the intent to provoke breach of peace & criminal intimidation.

But, Ramdev failed to appear in the court both the times which moved the court to issue arrest warrant yesterday.

The court took up this case the complaint of Subhash Batra, former Haryana minister of state for home affairs.

The former minister had 1st approached the police but they din't take action, following which he went to court.
