Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan advises Educational Testing Service (ETS) on Series C funding round in Leverage Edu along with other investors

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan (LKS) acted as legal advisors to ETS and another co-investor on the Series C funding round for Leverage Edu. The round was led by ETS, a renowned US-based entity, along with prominent investors Blume Ventures, DSG Consumer Partners and Kaizen. LKS provided comprehensive transaction support including advising on structuring, legal due diligence, negotiations, finalization of transaction documents and closing related assistance. 

Leverage Edu is a technology company operating an overseas-focused higher education counselling platform.
