CAM advises Terribly Tiny Ventures Private Limited and its shareholders on 100% shareholding sale to Collective Artists Network India Private Limited

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (‘CAM’) advises Terribly Tiny Ventures Private Limited ("TTT") and its shareholders on the sale of 100% TTT's shareholding to Collective Artists Network India Private Limited ("Collective"). 

Terribly Tiny Ventures Private Limited ("TTT") successfully concluded the sale of its entire stake to Collective Artists Network India Private Limited ("Collective"), marking the significant development in the entertainment industry. This transaction was facilitated through rigorous negotiations, culminated in the execution of critical documents including the share purchase agreement, disclosure letter and other documentation. CAM played crucial advisory role throughout the process and ensured smooth execution of the transaction.
