The transaction involves acquisition of 100% equity shares of SkyPower Southeast Solar India Private Limited ("SkyPower") by Inox Neo Energies Limited ("Inox"). SkyPower is engaged in the business of owning and operating a solar photovoltaic power generation unit with a generation capacity of 50 MW (AC) / 57.50 MW (DC) located at Chhirwel, Khandwa, in the State of Madhya Pradesh, India.
The transaction team was led by Ramanuj Kumar, Partner (Co-Head - Projects (Energy & Energy Transition)); with support from Rohil Kenue, Associate.
