NITI Aayog is looking to engage the services of Consultants/ Senior Consultants in NITI Aayog on contract basis.

Details of the posts and terms & conditions as well as period of engagement, eligibility, experience, etc. are as under:

Name of position: Consultant / Senior Consultant

Number of positions: One

Period of Contract: The tenure of engagement for a person as Consultant would be upto 3 years. However, their continuation in their respective positions beyond the first and subsequent years, would be contingent on a satisfactory Annual Performance Review based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators.

Extension beyond three years may be considered under exceptional circumstances with the approval of Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog.

Education qualification

Essential:  Bachelor’s Degree in Law Desirable:  L.L.M. or Higher Degree in Law

Experience

Candidates should have minimum five years post-qualification experience in accordance with Consultancy guidelines. Preference shall be given to candidates who have work experience in the area of drafting and executing contracts/concession agreements.

The work experience requirement may be relaxed in exceptional cases in respect of deserving candidates
