Vacancy

To assist us in Advisory & Litigation services in:

Corporate Matters, NCLT, NCLAT, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Practice.

Direct and Indirect Tax Matters, ITAT, High Court, Banking Law, Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights, Designs, Economic Crimes, etc.

Requirements

• Having passion to practice and make career in Corporate/ Tax/ IPR Litigation.
• Candidates having basic exposure of Corporate/ Tax/ IPR.
• The ability to work in a dynamic environment, both independently and with a team.
• Recent CA/CS Qualified Candidates will be preferred.
• Fresher 2018 LLB may also apply.
• Good Communication skills
• Good knowledge of Drafting
• Holds Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good Command over English and Hindi.

We are looking for only serious candidates, who are willing to work hard. (Our strict office timings are 10:30 to 8:30 Mon-Sat)
