About the Job

LexLife India is inviting applications for the post of Managing Editor.

Upon selection, the job will start in October 2020.

Essential Qualifications

• The candidate should be a law graduate with a good academic record.
• Candidates with experience in legal writing/editing will be preferred.
• Knowledge of citation methods like ILI and Bluebook.
• Strong command over the language.

Powers and Responsibilities

• Editing work related to LexLife blog, journals and courses.
• Quality control of legal content across LexLife platforms.
• Delegation of work to subordinates.
• Management of student interns.

Salary

INR 30,000/- per month plus a performance bonus of up to INR 5,000/-

During the probation period of 3 months, the pay scale shall be INR 15,000/- per month plus a performance bonus of up to INR 3,000/-.
