About the Opportunity

The office of Nina Gupta is looking for a passionate and motivated Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team.

This position is ideal for fresh law graduates who have cleared All India Bar Examination or those with up to one year of experience who wish to gain hands-on exposure in litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist in drafting, research, client briefings, and court appearances, working closely with experienced lawyers on diverse and challenging cases.

Eligibility Criteria

• 0–1 year of litigation experience (Freshers passionate about litigation are welcome subject to they having cleared AIBE Exam.)
• Good command over English Language, legal drafting, research, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
