At their legal department, they represent businesses, institutions of higher learning, and individuals with respect to immigration-related matters, including non-immigrant visas, temporary and permanent work visas, family-based immigrant visas, consular processing of visas, obtaining citizenship, advising employers and businesses on work site enforcement and effective defense in deportation and removal cases.

3 (three): Legal Support Executive

Eligibility

• The candidate must be a law graduate from a government recognized university Freshers will be prefered.
• The candidate must have good communication skills and proficient in English language.
• The candidate must have good research and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

 The candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting legal research and drafting briefs.
• Assisting in client interviews and case management.
• Processing applications/petitions for both immigrant and non-immigrant
