About the Job Opportunity

The firm is looking for new legal team members as a result of rapid growth and expansion. Currently, the organisation has 2 vacancies in Bangalore as detailed below.

Legal Head/Senior Legal Counsel

Eligibility

Experience: Minimum of 4 Years relevant experience.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold an LLB degree from a reputed institute.
Skills: Good drafting skills, Deep knowledge, and understanding of the IP Laws, excellent legal research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills.
Preference: Preference will be given to the candidates who have prior experience in IP.

Responsibilities

The Candidate is expected to contribute in the following ways:

Strategic IP Advice and Opinions
IP conflict management and resolution
Legal notices, opinions, and reports
Other IP and Legal activities

Expected Salary

Rs.35,000 – Rs.40,000 per month.

Location (Duty Station)

Indiranagar, Bangalore

IP Counsel

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 Years of Experience in IP Firms or Law Firms.
- Working experience in Filing & Processing of Trademark & Copyright, Trademark Opposition drafting, Counter Drafting, Evidence Drafting, and its prosecution, etc is preferred.
Skills: Strong expertise in Legal Drafting
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with a zeal for learning.
Proficiency: Fluency in Microsoft Office.

Expected Salary

Rs.20,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
