Advocate Gokul Kishore and Advocate SubhashreeKishore specialise in tax laws – direct and indirect taxes – Income Tax, Customs, GST, Central Excise and Service Tax. They provide both advisory and litigation services besides content creation like writing books, articles and columns.

About the Opportunity

Legal Associate – They are looking for a fresh law graduate who has, preferably, some exposure to tax laws. We prefer candidates in Tamil Nadu.

Roles and Responsibilities

Tax Law Practice – Drafting of legal opinions/legal notes, drafting of reply to show cause notices, drafting of appeals and other submissions to be filed with appellate authorities, tribunal or courts, preparing legal updates for clients and research and related assistance in content creation.

 

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. with good academic background and very good writing skills along with the aptitude to learn, research and work with commitment.

Salary

Rs. 20K to Rs. 25K per month based on skillset.
