About the Opportunity

Online applications are invited by this Authority in prescribed format from eligible candidates for empanelment of 3 Counsellors on retainer basis to provide full-time services to District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs) who shall be deputed at any District Court Complex to visit/meet and counsel the victims of POCSO, Rape, acid attack or substance abuse, in the matrimonial/family disputes at the office of DLSA or at residence of victims falling under the jurisdiction of concerned DLSA.

Eligibility Criteria

• Masters in psychology + post qualification experience of two years / M. Phil in clinical psychology + post qualification experience of two years.
• OR Masters in Social Work, post qualification experience of two years of working with any NGO or any voluntary social organisation.

Selection Process

• No applicant shall be called for an interview unless he/she satisfies the eligibility conditions.
• Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not confer any right on the applicant to be called for an interview or selection.
• Depending upon the applications received and the requirement of DSLSA, the Authority reserves the right to shortlist the applicants to be called for the Interview.
• No individual intimation will be sent to any applicant for appearing in the interview. A list of short-listed applicants with the date, time and venue of Interviews will be displayed on the website www.dslsa.org.
• The applicant shall bring their original educational documents, latest experience Certificate and other Certificates at the time of document verification.
• The Interview Board will take into consideration the commitment, experience, and professional acumen of the candidate while making the selection.
