BECIL provides project consultancy services and turnkey solutions encompassing the entire gamut of radio and television broadcast engineering viz; content production facilities, terrestrial transmission facilities, satellite and cable broadcasting facilities in India and abroad.

Job description

Applications are invited for recruitment of Consultant (Law) purely on contract basis for deployment in LPAI, New Delhi

Eligibility

Essential qualification

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized University/Institution.
• Should be qualified to practice law and registered with Bar Council of India.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to multitask and meet the deadline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in handling the cases relating to Land matters/revenue matters/Contractual matters/ Arbitration matters/Service matters/Company Law matters/Taxation/Labour Law/Civil suits. Preference
• shall be given to the personnel retired from Central/State Govt or Judiciary.

Desired qualification

• Experience: of dealing with similar matters as mentioned essential criteria preferably in CPWD, other Central or State Government Department, PSU’s, Local Bodies etc.
• Knowledge of state laws pertaining to Land and revenue.

Salary

Remuneration in respect of candidates retired from Govt./Judiciary shall be as per Govt. Instructions. For other candidates, wages shall be decided at the time of interaction based on the qualification and experience of the individual. (Min. 70,000/- to Max. 75,000/-) per month
